I have joined Accenture 2019 July as SSE. Currently in 2022 , YOE:7 Last 3 years not yet promoted to TL ( Level 9) . I was just offered a CUNY role. The title is Higher Education Assistant. According to Glassdoor, the average annual pay for that role is $83,418. However, I was offered $62,500. I requested for the minimum annual salary to be 75k. Does anyone have experience navigating the CUNY system and their pay?
ZS Associates Hello folks, I am a permanent employee of Persistent. I am deputed at the client side. My client is an ZS associate. Recently I have resigned from persistent. But ZS is very happy with my work. They don't want me to go. My ZS manager has asked the persis manager to retain me OR remove the cooling period clause, ZS is ready to hire me as a permanent employee. I will be very happy is ZS takes me as Permanent employee. What kind of firm do you work at? Is there anything specific that’s bothering you? For me I find asking for flex-time arrangement helps. I also work remotely (even without covid). Checking emails was actually one of the most stressful thing to me. I have turned off push notifications on my phone, so I only see new emails when I choose to check it. On the desktop, my outlook is set not to display notifications (i.e., no sound, no pop-up, no little envelop sign on the icon), so similarly I only see the new emails when I click on it.
I have started blocking out time on my calendar to allow for work time so I can actually finish projects.
There is a great book that really helped me get organized: "Getting things Done" by David Allen. He also has stress coping strategies in the book.
