I’ve been thinking of switching from Account to Creative since I started working in Advertising. I truly enjoy my job/agency but I feel that my true passion lies with Art Direction. I’ve worked at 3 big agencies with 4 years experience so I feel like I know what I’m getting myself into and how the role can vary from one agency to the next.
I’m interested to hear if anyone has switched and how you would recommend doing so? I’m looking into Miami Ad School for their 2 year portfolio program.

What are your thoughts on the Scrum Master role? I’ve worked with a few now and out of 5 of them, only 1 seemed to be of any help. Most of the time we have to explain every detail multiple times and they still don’t understand what we’re doing. In weekend checked out VTP Peagusus project in Kharadi possession 2025. Project looks promising but when visited the site accept for the towers rest all be it roads or daily basis shops nothing is there yet but they say that till the time of possession roads and everything will be functional. The rate for 750 sqft carpet 2bhk they are giving for 74lacs and possession is 2023 May. Another 2025 possession 850 sqft carpet 2bhk for 79lacs.Hardly any difference in rate per sqft.
