I got a call from the Google recruiter about my L7 em interview Google She said I did overwhelmingly good on all interviews except one had mixed feedback on a system design. No surprise because it was not a good interview. The recruiter said i had a choice to go to hiring committee, give referrals they could call about my system design or take another system design interview. I’m not confident about the system design because of the bad experience I had with the previous interviewer. What should I do?

I usually just Slack my recruiter/HR contact the day of or a few days before asking if the agency still needs help.
If you’re doing a good job it wouldn’t hurt to ask your colleagues to drop HR or department head a note.
Having a solid recommend from a valued employee goes far, in my opinion. If you’re doing an awesome job ask if they’ll send a note to HR on your behalf.
Add'tl info: at the onset of the position's start it was communicated to me this was a "temp to perm" position. Had this not been expressed to me I would not feel hopeful about inquiring if this contract could be extended.
Thanks for the insight!
I'd say "other gigs have reached out to me about my availability in November and December. Before I tell them yes I'd want to give you guys first dibs on my time if I'm needed"
Doesn’t hurt to put a sense of urgency. But definitely don’t force it.
