I’ve grown up listening to classical music and have always been a passive listener. I now listen to pre-selected playlists on Spotify such as royalcore, classical bangers, spooky classical, etc. I recently listened to a song that just completely destroyed me emotionally - it came out of no where, what’s up with that? Anyways, any pointers or suggestions of becoming more of an active listener?

Book recommendations? I’ve been reading atomic habits, and have moved onto Traders guns and money.
