A follow-up after not hearing back is the most I do. After that, just time to move on. If I have a rejection, I might send a polite thanks for your time, but I’m not asking for feedback.
Agree. I don’t even follow up, as I don’t think following up would change or impact the result. I would move on after interviewing
I’ve had like 15 of those before I finally got my first offer. You have to stay positive and continue the process if this is truly the jump you want to do. Wish you the best.
I don’t follow up as i don’t think a follow up email would change anything at all. I just move on. If it’s yours, it’s yours, if not, it’s the next one
