Going on a foreign shoot was the jackpot for anyone working in advertising. You created a special bond between your agency colleagues, production companies and clients... all in a place you probably would never would haved dreamed of visiting. Getting to see the world was one of the reasons I joined this industry.
If I was at art school now, I wouldn't even consider a career working for an ad agency.

Graduated in 2020, wanted to be a graphic designer, took a job at a startup in a social media role. The boss called me the "r" word for not handling entire 13-ish accounts roster well by myself.
