What is the culture like, type of work and reputation of Capco in the Data & Analytics space?
I have some good ex colleagues who moved over there and also looked up on LinkedIn and see lots of seemingly smart and accomplished people in their D&A team in the UK.
I'll ask my ex colleagues too, but wanted to see if people here have any opinion or information on this too.
TIA

Disclose if you want to reduce your notice period or be put on garden leave,
Expected and generally accepted is one thing. Your legal position may be different. Don’t disclose anything you’re not happy to, if you don’t have to.

I usually think it’s good to disclose on resigning because consulting is quite relationship focused and it’s important to give your employer honest explanation of why you’re going so that the bridge doesn’t burn. For example I left my last place because they had more business coming in for my area of interest and were offering a substantial pay rise. I wanted the partner to know I probably wouldn’t be leaving if those things weren’t true.
Only disclose once it’s official!
