I’ve only ever worked at Dentsu Creative on two major accounts, working up from AC to AS. It’s been 3.5 years and I feel like it’s time to move to another agency for more money because what I’m being paid simply isn’t enough. Any thoughts or suggestions?

What's stopping you?

Also if you really want to earn more, I would recommend applying for jobs in-house or supplier side. The pay is much better than going to another agency. Be strategic about the jobs you apply for. Don't just click "easy apply" on any account job. Seeing that type it company you're applying for and making sure your CV is somehow personalised really helps getting those interviews. I would also prioritise those JDs showing already a salary range so you can negotiate better. Good luck!

AD called and offered me a DJ41, azzurro blue dial, fluted bezel ref no. 126334. Visited AD last Sunday (10/02) for the first time. I feel fluted bezels are a bit flashy, but unable to decide if I should wait for a smooth bezel, given the wait times and uncertainty associated with Rolex. Any suggestions?

Does anyone else feel like people who are generally nice in person and on calls sound mean or stand-offish in emails and text/chat? I get that over-use of friendliness in text can come off as green/immature, but I tend to try and cushion my words with positivity or even exclamation marks/the occasional emoji to show that I don't sound completely unemotional.

Or maybe i'm just an overthinking copywriter who's reading into it too much.
