I have received offer from Wipro which is little above than the offer that I am holding but fixed pay is less. Thinking of rejecting Wipro offer. Is it better to reject or accept and then not join. Also if I reject, will there be any issue like they won't consider me in future?Tata Consultancy Wipro Cognizant Infosys

I wish we could all collectively agree to just not worry about any of this. It takes way too much mental energy for me to analyze if my exclamation point use comes off as unhinged or if periods make me sound mean. I’m nice, everyone I work with is nice - let’s leave it at that!!

I pick up on the same thing but assume they're busy or in a meeting and trying to respond at the same time.
And I have to check myself if I'm being more sensitive cos I'm a POC.
This is kind of the text communication version of telling someone to smile because they they look prettier. I think we should all just be able to rest our faces and type our sentences in a way that is comfortable for us. Just assume best intentions and don’t worry about it.
PS - every time someone starts complaining about something like this about a woman or person of color, that person usually gets a performance review saying they’re difficult to work with or combative, which is likely untrue. Food for thought.
That me 🙋🏼♀️
I am one of these people that sounds harsh in emails. But in reality I'm an absolute goof ball. So I just ask people to call me if/when they have time. Makes life so much happier and smoother - plus you get friendly chats in too
is this about me? i’m soooo nice and kind but feel like the tone of my messages seem brusque
