I think the first (hard) step is to recognize our perceptions are not reality and we don't have access to other people's feelings unless they directly share them. The tension you sense could be unease at their own position or another kind of discomfort rather than simple jealousy. What's the overarching culture of the group you work in? Are people open and supportive of others' achievements you've witnessed? Do people try to hide mistakes or is there an overall feeling that mistakes aren't tolerable? There isn't always a lot we can do as one person, but we can still model the values we want others to embrace, like celebrating a colleague's professional win and being open with mistakes that were learning experiences for us (to the degree that feels professionally safe). I've found it's usually possible to create a little pocket of authenticity and cooperation by ignoring the behavior I don't like, modeling what I do, and loudly and repeatedly praising people who act in ways I wish others would emulate (e.g., mentoring, cooperation, and not acting like things are a zero sum game). Empathies on your discomfort with the vibe of the group though. That can be incredibly difficult and I'm sorry you have to think about it.
It's not uncommon to encounter jealousy or tension in the workplace, especially when team dynamics are at play; I've experienced similar situations where my contributions were overshadowed by others. I found it helpful to openly communicate with my colleagues about our successes and encourage everyone to share their ideas. Additionally, our firm has been organizing weekly team-building activities which have been strengthening relationships at work!
