I’ve started doing photography on the side and have landed some covers with celebrities/artists. One of the recent well known artists I shot for a cover has asked me if they could license my photos for their headshots and marketing.

How would I approach getting to an appropriate licensing fee?

I’m inexperienced in this and don’t want to shortchange myself. Any help from fellow creatives/folks that are familiar w usage would be appreciated!

I cleared LTI all rounds and in HR discussion we came on mutual agreement for 16lpa .I have 7 years of experience and they gave me Specialist - Data Engineering(P3) role. And we agreed I will join with after 60 as I had to serve 60 days notice period. I was waiting for offer letter and when I received the offer letter I was shocked to see that CTC mentioned was 14LPA and joining date was only 15days from now ,which is way early.

Hello Everyone, I have received the offer letter from Nielseniq without joining date and details of the notice period or probation. It's just a consent letter and a code of conduct with the salary break up.
