A Junior to Senior jump could be a stretch but talk to your supervisor about what it would take to move to the next level and be prepared to talk about your achievement over the last year - you gotta toot your own horn sometimes.
As soon as you've made some good work that gets noticed, move jobs. You have to seize these moments every time and negotiate your salary up at every opportunity.
Office politics. Or leverage position and jump ship. Or be gods gift to creativity and win awards and PR yourself to stardom. Glhf.
Share what you want to learn, volunteer for visible projects, and ask for feedback often. Try to build a track record that showcases leadership and unique contributions, and document your wins. That said, rapid jumps are rare, so networking internally and externally might open unexpected doors faster than solely asking for promotions.

Keep honing your chops outside your direct role.
