Job I interviewed/applied for was labelled as “research/data analyst”. Now offer letter says “customer success consultant”. Is this bad..?? I don’t even know what customer success means

Got my rejection call after McKinsey round 1 today. They said they still liked me and would be sending me something about a keep in touch program for future cycles. Is this actually something or just fluff to sign up for a news letter
