Hi fishes
Can anyone give me a referral?
Thanks!
What is Bain SAC comp these days?
“Can you show me an example of great teamwork?”
Me:

PwC A recruiter from PWC reached out to me to ask if I’d consider a different office the one I applied to, since it’s full. It would be Boston, Hartford, Chicago, Minneapolis, Little Rock, Denver, San Francisco or San Jose. MSA candidate. Is there a fully remote option? Do you have to be in the office all the time? Is the compensation high at PWC? Is there a possible moving expenses? Any insight or advice would help me make a decision. Thank you!

Absolutely. Showing focus and relevance makes a much stronger impression than a generic outreach.
Agreed 💯

Thanks for the suggestion, not trivial at all, people make the silliest mistakes when looking for a job, the last thing you want to do is making it harder for your recruiter to see you as a fit!

Couldn’t agree more. Generic messages put the onus on the recruiter. A short note about your specific background and the exact role you're interested in shows initiative and saves time. Think of it as a mini cover letter with a clear call to action.
Also not every recruiter at the company is managing every opening. My team is a dozen recruiters and there is very little overlap of the open roles. So if you’re specific to the role, you can share with the right team/recruiter. Otherwise it’s much harder to help.
