Joined Accenture in Sept 2023 at level 8. Total YOE - 12.5 years. Btech + pgpm. Currently fixed pay of 31 lpa after 2% hike this cycle. Really disappointed. Have been expecting promotion since last year as i am already performing at level 7. Can somebody tell me what is the minimum duration before being promoted to level 7 from level 8?
