OP I’d say you are accurate in your assumptions. I was an EH Analyst myself. 15% is most likely the highest bump percentage you can receive/will see
Thanks C2!
Analyst program is 2 years, it could be very hard to get to C. Good luck!
The trick is the EXPERIENCED bit. You should see 10-15%
I was offered 110k with 3 years exp from another consulting firm - good luck
Did not know we hired experienced analysts. Thought only out of undergrad
C1 are u a associate manager
Also c1 how much experience u have compare to ur 3 years
Pretty sure C1 is consultant level at Deloitte with 110k. That was their offer to me as well. I have 3.5 yrs of consulting experience post undergrad.
110k would be a 47% increase... So I don't think that's likely. I've seen on other threads that 1st year to 2nd year analyst is 9-15%. If I apply 15% for the equivalent of Analyst year 1 to Analyst year 2, and then another 15% for the transition to Consultant that only puts me at 99k. If I consider the move from A to C to be a bigger deal and make it a 20% bump, that still only puts me at $103,500.
Average C pay for Deloitte is 86k per Glassdoor, which is what I would be at if I got was a 15% raise. Just trying to figure out where I should be trying to zero in my expectations.
Glassdoor also probably takes into account Deloitte advisory
