Everyone said it's a people centric org and no mandate on work from home. I was tagged to a Indian client who had a mandate of 2 day work from their office. Now, they made it 5 day work from office and the tw management says we have to follow as it's client mandate.. I tried explaining a medical situation of a family member which needs home stay.. But no use

Hello fishes have an interview scheduled for power programmer for Microsoft Azure .net technology. In the mail it has been mentioned the interview would have coding, so will that be technology based coding questions or DSA programs ?

I am the only developer in my team and my manager has assigned me a project in which I need to create a tool from scratch although that is currently running in production build by third party and we don't have access to that code.

I finished a third round interview, and HR contacted me that afternoon saying I had positive feedback across the board and they would contact me the next day regarding next steps. It’s been two days and they finally get back to me saying they haven’t been able to sync with the hiring manager but will keep me posted. Honestly I wish they would talk with the hiring manager and then let me know the decision instead of checking in. It’s messing with my emotions.

So I had a final round with HR of a decent firm, sounded pretty rude entire time, talked to few friends and colleagues, everyone said it is same story of most companies. Any tips and tricks to handle such HRs? 🤷🏻‍♂️
