Where is the KPMG (KGS) office location in Pune?
Bain & Company I’m from Italy and will start my master’s degree at Oxbridge this fall. I got my undergrad from a target uni in continental Europe. I want to start my career in consulting, possibly MBB, in London. I know consulting firms tend to hire locally but I’d really like to work in London and that’s also one of the main reasons why I went for the Oxbridge degree. Anyone, who might have some tips, or went through a similar experience? McKinsey & Company Boston Consulting Group Bain & Company

Kinda weird that you are put off by inclusivity
They were asterisked like all other required questions, but the fine print said providing the info is optional. Definitely misleading and still a weirdo thing to ask!
As a transgender man who fully passes as male and lives mostly stealth there’s zero chance I would tell any job my sex at birth, and I would see this as a performative red flag. My sex is legally male, why would my employer need to know my medical history?
If they only had two genders to choose from at the start of the application, I could see this being a roundabout way of getting more intel on their applicants to avoid discrimination. However, that’s not the case - they provided a multitude of options for applicants to be as specific or vague as they want to be when self-identifying. Asking for these identifiers and THEN sex assigned at birth makes no sense and only seems to ask what their body may or may not look like. Which is gross and scary
It’s like jobs asking my sexual orientation nowadays. That’s no one’s business. So weird.
Quotas gotta be filled
Run
I applied online for a job at the Martin Agency and they asked me to pick my sexuality from a drop down menu. I picked “homosexual” then attached a cover letter explaining that as a man who’s married to a woman he has three children with, this was a great way to get that off my chest. I did not hear back.
What in the actual heck?!?
Smells like some sort of bait to me. I’m all about inclusivity but this seems like a question where ‘none-ya’, none ya damn business, would be the most appropriate answer. Especially in this climate of sussy user data mining and tracking.. tread carefully friend!
