I have also recently cleared all interview rounds in TCS & HR Shared 'Salary Breakup'. Still, my status in the iBegin portal is not changing from 'Evaluation in Progress' to 'Evaluated' & so on, even after uploading all required documents. They had initiated the process 2 times, 1st on 16th Nov and 2nd on 24th. Please let me know, how long it will take to release the final offer letter. Thanks

I have a fair amount of retail experience and have created a bowl to help fellow consultants who are interviewing in retail and CPG. My experience is across a wide range of topics (primarily non technical) and would love to help folks get their dream job. Would be awesome if others can join and contribute their knowledge.

Coach
I accepted my first c-suite role 3.5 years ago for a midsize company. Youngest person on SLT by at least 15 years - everyone had 20+ years of experience in our industry. First and foremost, operate with utmost humility. Don’t feel obligated to speak up much besides asking questions in the first few weeks. Listen. Learn. Absorb. Focus on building rapport and credibility with the SLT, top down. You want to make a positive impression across the board and the only way to do that is by actively listening and producing aka adding value as quickly as you can to demonstrate your competency and skills. Remember - you’ll be judged by your new peers starting the first day on the job (if you didn’t interview with most of them, which I’m assuming is the case) so keep that in mind. But again, defer to their wisdom and experience while showing your strengths. Imposter syndrome is real and everyone has it / experiences it to some degree throughout our careers. The key is to not let it paralyze you and effectively channel your energy towards your strengths and what you can control.
Congrats on the job! You’ll crush it. My DMs are open if you’d like any more advice.
This is a great answer. Everything above rings true.
As a fellow imposter syndrome er, I would add… be Ferris Bueller. Easier said than done, you can certainly over rotate (and nobody likes a BS artist), but don’t feel trapped by the compunction to come up with the perfect answer and instead have something to say that adds value, even if it’s far from perfect and not what your perfectionist inner self would dream of.
Maybe “we’ll drive home backwards” isn’t the final answer, but it buys some time until you actually have to come up with one and is directionally correct.
