No it’s all across the board. Every where I worked and working is the same little misly 3%

Ugh! Thank you for sharing.
I would gladly take that 3% we got 1.5% a lot got 1% but hey 14 billion in profit. The grass isn’t always greener

OMG this was the realness I needed to hear.
3-5 is usually average for yearly increases for some industries. 15-20% for promotion related bumps.
Times are tough now so congrats on getting anything.
15-20% for promo? These days more like 10%.
I got 3% as well, it seems like the standard. If you have the opportunity to jump ship, do it. Much easier to increase comp by job hopping than promotion.
Coach
Thank you! Appreciate the candidness.
3% is considered very good at my Fortune 500 company. Some years were lower or nothing at all. There may be many receiving much lower this year. Try to take it as a win. Changing companies is the way to grow your salary, but you’ll likely have 2-3% annual increases on the other side, too.

That’s why I’m trying to juggle whether it’s worth it or not. Thank you!
I got 5%, 2 times, over 6 years. Still currently below the COL equivalent of my starting salary
But over 6 years- so 5% every 3 years
Yea 3% is normal. If you want more you have to get a new job.
Coach
Ugh. Thanks!
Last year I got 2%. Still TBD on this year 😬
Coach
You’ve made me feel a bit better. Thank you and good luck!
No that seems to be pretty much the standard across the industry. I have seen so many posts where others have said there raise was 3% and in some cases, it was less than that.
