I own an airbnb and Ive seen people list on sites like dazzlingcleaning.com and turnoverbnb . These sites usually list individuals so I think you can just create a profile as an “individual” and go from there with finding gigs
I’ve also seen people post on taskrabbit.com for airbnbs and local cleaning
From a consumer's perspective I think word of mouth is the most important thing when I would make they decision. You can incentivise it with a refer a friend program where both the new customer and the referer get bonuses (I'd recommend instead of just giving them money off, give them an add on service for free so you maintain your baseline pricing).
The other two options I can think of is using digital / direct Mail Marketing based on a new mover segment (in a higher socio economic tier) are looking for that service. Similar for STRs look for new listenings, even better make friends with the agents who sold the property so you can get leads before they're open for business at which point they likely already have this figured out
Lastly there are a bunch of platforms that handle the lead generation but typically lock you in to provide the service through their platform taking a cut every time. Good luck!
Maybe you can also try via Nextdoor?
