Just throwing this out there. I started vaping this summer - I’m a middle aged adult. I don’t drink, I am sober. Vaping is something I enjoy and relaxes me. Found out today that Columbus is banning ALL flavors of vape cartridges/pens starting first of the year. You have to be 21 to buy them. The rationale is that kids won’t be able to access them etc. Why then shouldn’t Columbus ban ALL flavors of alcohol except plain beer, regular wine, and unflavored hard liquor? Wouldn’t those flavors (below)

I have a large collection of live houseplants but I wanted a large (5’) fake plant for a place in my house that gets little to no sunlight. Just a shout-out here to Shilling Canning Company in Navy Yard. We had a really nice anniversary dinner there, food was great, service was great, and not crazy expensive. Definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a nice spot that isn't super buzzy or crowded.

Promoted to Manager from Senior Consultant 2 in Business Consulting Risk Advisory. Current package is INR 17.5 L fixed with 7.5 years of total work experience. Bonus received is 25%.

Can someone please tell what would be the revised fixed compensation (how much hike can I expect). Also, whether will be promoted to M1 Or M2. Thanks.
