Just wondering if anyone else has had the problem where you see the salary listed in a job listing. When you go to the interview and they ask what your salary requirement are and you say what was listed, they ask where you got that number.

Hi friends, I am initially trained on .net and angular in my company and then randomly put to Automation Testing in project. Also they are not relieving me from the current project . Can I apply for other companies with my knowledge of .net and angular? YOE- 2 years.

I just found out a new colleague was brought on at 20% higher salary than my current salary. (Have been w/ firm 1.5 years) She doesn’t have a 4-year degree (working on it). How do I bring this inequity up and ask to be compensated equally? I have years more experience and My work is more complex - she is basically a receptionist. Any suggestions would be helpful!
