Keep getting ghosted on interviews. I think it’s very disrespectful that they won’t even tell yes or no.

Pretty sure I’m about to be fired. I have an offer in hand anyway and have been on a few interviews that have gone well, and a few more lined up. Am I gonna be ok?

So I wanted to know about the BGV process, like what docs they ask like docs from all of the past employers ?

As I dont have exp letter from my 1st company (with 1.6 yoe) which was a small startup.
It was a absconding case so couldnt get any exp letter but I do have payslips, bank statements, appointment letter & last appraisal letter from that company.

Three days later recruiter wants to give me a call and “give an update”. Schedules it after 2 days. This morning cancels last minute as they are having “internal discussions”. Can someone explain how billable hours work? At a new agency and although I had to fill timesheets at my previous agencies, they were mainly used to ensure we weren’t over servicing a client/for setting the appropriate retainer for contract renewals. I asked ppl at my agency but haven’t gotten a proper explanation. I get the impression that billing to the agency admin code isn’t recommended, and my manager said he bills everything to client codes, but that doesn’t make sense to me .
