KeyBank vs Huntington?

Thoughts on working at KeyBank vs Huntington Bank? I know it depends on department and how your manager is really matters, but I was curious if anyone has experience working at either or if you have worked for both. What are the pros and cons to each?

I’m leaning towards KeyBank since Huntington seems to be growing at a faster pace. And companies often forget who they are and what made them great in the first place to work for when they start growing rapidly. Thanks

Is there guidance/codification for departures from GAAP? Drafting a memo on some departures from GAAP (deminimus AP accruals, depreciation, etc.). I wanted some sort of authoritative literature to ref. Are noting the departed standards enough?

I’m currently in FP&A and looking to work at a Big 4, or another company that offers the ability to move abroad. I’m a financial advisor with jpmorgan and i verbally accepted a new job in private banking with another firm. This is my first time transferring licenses. Should i wait to give my two weeks notice until my new firms hr department clears me and gives me a start date or as soon as i sign the offer letter?

Is anyone hearing chatter in banks/FIs about recessionary job cuts or hiring freezes yet?
