KPMG is offering 18 LPA Fixed(excluding Gratuity+Health Insurance) for 7 YoE for Microsoft related technologies. Current CTC is 8.4 LPA. Is this according to current market standard? I do have a offer with 17 Fixed and asked for 20 Fixed but they told me they can give 18 Fixed as max. They mentioned about some variables of 14% which I didn't recollect. Can anyone tell me about the variable part apart from this fixed part ? & wbu their health insurance how good is this ?

Hi all, I’m looking to learn about how one can transition from PwC AC to PwC India.
I joined PwC AC Bangalore as a fresher and have been working here for 13 months.
I was randomly assigned to SAP, but I’ve realised I really want to move away from this and move towards what I originally planned on pursuing i.e. data analysis, I was already well versed in ML and DL with python.
