I have given 3 rounds of interview for the position of SE- B8 , i.e. Lead SE. Now in salary discussion round i asked HR for a CTC between a range of 31-34L. But they told me max they can give is 29.5L. I still did not accepted the initial offer from HR, it is going again one more round for salary negotiation after HR confirms the bracket from Business. I know Natwest dont negotiate once you accepted the offer. What CTC can i expect from Natwest for Lead SE.

During the pandemic I dove into my self care (found a therapist, learned I was having seizures and got on meds for that). My journey has been difficult and not pretty to watch. Currently I work as a implementation consultant in a fast growing B2B SaaS company. We just recently received a funding round of 500M EUR, but I don’t have any stake in the company yet (only joined 5 months ago). Is there any way we can transfer that certication (still have time until next Nov) to my personal email I'd ? My company says they ll deactivate the s user id provided to me once I leave the company. I have writter one certification and planning to write next in some time later. I can not claim in my current company the amount I paid for cer006 (52k).
