We use backup care from bright horizons. They have an option to send a nanny at home. That’s very helpful to us.
Same. It’s a good benefit but if you don’t already have an account it might be hard to use it immediately. My husband and I take turns staying home when it’s more than one day. Good luck!
Sorry to hear that. Take a few days off or find a nanny.
If your child is in daycare, the sick days will keep coming for about a year and then it will start to get better as their immunity improves. We also used Bright Horizons and it was a game changer. However, I would try to work from home when you get an in-home nanny. Some are great, others not so much. I had one that read Harry Potter to my son all day. She was hoarse by the time she went home. Another kept falling asleep.
