Cleared 4 technical rounds. Submitted payslips and other documents yesterday. Will JP Morgan release offer before 24th August?

I did around 200 applications in 3 weeks and got less than 10 offers. some of them were decent and some really good. Main advice: higher rate of applications - more options to choose from. Fast pace gives fast results. If you are looking for a job, make it your full-time job.
I am also facing the same issue here. I have applied more than 200+ jobs and contacted 200+ recruiters. Laid off 3 months ago. Recently cleared a final round in a agency but they are not releasing the offer due to the delay in getting the joining date from clients. Not sure whether they will release the offer letter and I don't have any interviews in pipeline. So am losing hope in my career. Some are saying job market is getting improved in September but am not seeing any difference.
Try MobiusEngine.ai and focus on networking and getting referrals. Job applications are not what you should be spending time on IMO.
