Faced this weird behaviour from Optum recently. Gave interview for Data Scientist position. HR said feedback is positive. Asked for documents. It's been month now since I have shared the documents. I have no update on the offer. Today I called HR, she called me back saying the position is on hold due to recalibration in team, She has shared interview feedbacks to other teams and will get back to me in couple of days. I am clueless now. My last working day is approaching (In a month). Any Help??

Tell them the truth. The job you accepted was not consistent with how the job was portrayed, so you left to look for a better opportunity that more aligned with your aspirations.
Answering like that shows you are honest and have a desire to do good work. Be prepared for the natural follow-up question of "what are your aspirations". It allows you to set up a follow-up softball question that allows you to say what you are looking for in an opportunity (which should be aligned with whatever job you are applying for).

As a general rule it's best not to denigrate past or present employers. That can often backfire on you. So in a case like this it's best not to be too critical, but say something to the effect that things were not structured well and you realized you were out of step with the company's culture. Be sure to mention whatever you've been doing for the months since you left that job, that's also critical information.
A short tenure doesn't have to be a dealbreaker. Just don’t over-explain. One or two sentences about why it wasn’t a fit, and then move on to your skills and enthusiasm for the current role. If you dwell on it, it raises questions. If you’re matter-of-fact, most hiring managers will move past it quickly.
Can you just leave it off your resume? I have a couple jobs that I didn't have for very long and I just leave them off my resume.
They asked but the job i was going to was one i was looking for specifically so I explained how I couldn't pass up this opportunity for their job. That was true but also the job I was at was the most toxic environment ever 2 months there and I knew I needed to get out.
