I'm a 2023 graduate and have been interning with a Saas unicorn for a year now,a few months back I've recieved a PPO offer from them as a Functional Consultant (8lpa) which is basically configuring their product according to their client's specifications, however i see no future in this line of work(no transferable skills for a switch except SQL)
I have another offer from an MNC,the role i suspect is infrastructure/cloud admin(4.5) with 18 months bond, I'm on fence

I am currently a civil engineer thinking of switching to software engineering. I got my masters in water resource engineering where I was coding a decent amount for assignments and it has really stuck with me. I passed out in 2013 and started job in 2015 on contractual basis till mid 2017 and during this Many payroll companies changed for that particular contract and in this duration my PF, tax didn't deduct and no record in PF portal. Then joined Infosys in mid 2017. So now wanted to know can I show my experience from 2017 to apply in companies as for bgv many companies ask for PF statement or form 16 for all previous companies. How should I deal for 4 years gap if i show exp. from 2017 ?

What is the average salary for cloud engineer with 5 yr of experience?

I have 10 years of experience. Mostly in Unix, C++ and Visual C++ and MS SQL. I developed interest in cloud computing as like many others and was able to clear AWS Cloud Practitioner, AWS Solution Architect Associate and Professional, AWS Security. Along with these I was able to clear 8 Azure certifications as well: 3 fundamentals, Azure Security, Azure Developer, Azure DevOps and Azure Architect.
Now my main question, can I try to switch on Cloud Architect or some other similar cloud roles?
