I need to do this, stat! Mine feels like Groundhog Day! Work, jump off cliff, somehow survive, repeat. New manager will drive me out; just need to find my new home before they PIP me. Doesn’t matter how much I’ve produced and benefited the team and company. They gear the system to boot out the bottom 10% and my measly 60 hour weeks aren’t enough. I’m confident in my own abilities and what I can bring to a new organization. This one is definitely not it! Best to all of you out there that are stuck in a toxic environment and I wish you well in finding a place that supports your career goals and treats you fairly.

1. What is the salary (In AUD) for Australia onsite ( Work visa TSS 482, Role C3A)?
