Any Bridge Engineers/Structural Engineers in here? I got my PE this year and have 5 YOE in TX + an MS. What sort of raise would you expect for receiving your PE working in a consulting firm? I am EOR on a number of structures in development, I manage EITs and Drafters (within projects; I'm not a supervisor), and am doing a lot in general. I'm at 78k currently, which is apparently still in the upper range of EIT salaries per a job posting in CO. I'm thinking of 15% (5% merit, 10% PE). Any ideas?

If Mindtree has released an offer letter for lesser CTC than what I asked for, can I tell them to revise it? I didn't even have HR discussion and they released the offer letter directly once my technical round is over. I was recently in discussion with the HR for an offer that was made (verbal only) to me where I had to give confirmation on a taxation scheme. After giving the confirmation they assumed (mentioned this when the shared the TC breakup) I had accepted the offer. I am currently enrolled in PGP Data Science and Business Analytics offered by Great Learning (Great Lakes Institute of Management) and University of Texas, Austin. It's completely online and 11months. Is this course equivalent to a Masters/MBA? Do recruiters consider this course as a valid one?

Can we crack more interviews with LWD less than 20 days. Will the company and panel member give more priority and select candidate who join as early ( less than 20 days). Wats your thought guys
