I’m getting put up for manager a year early. I have PPMD ,SM, and M support. Pretty much support from all the key individuals on my team and in my service line. Since it is a year early if i don’t get promoted this round I know it’ll come mid year but I do expect a good salary increase still without the promo. CTR, contracts and department overhaul

our marketing dept is undergoing a complete overhaul. under old leadership, a $75k 12-mo contract was signed to a marketing group that handles our SEO, blog and everything Google Ads. All things I can and am in training to do. Current CTRs on G ads seem pitiful at no more than 0.75%. My meta ads coast around 4-6%. During this overhaul, would it be wise to not renew our contract, and negotiate for me to take over these roles and leverage a raise?

After being in Fishbowl for sometime, I see everyone has something (or many things) they don't like about their company (even MBB, Big 4). From outside those companies look like potential employers for candidates.

I know grass is always looks greener (sometimes actually greener) on the other side.

But what are good consulting firms which is basically perceived good both by employees and potential candidates?

Fidelity International (Role- Data Analyst): Fixed- 18 LPA
ReNew Power (Role- Data Engineer): Fixed- 19 LPA

Can you please guide me on which one I should prefer?

I have 3.1 Years of experience.

I have filtered 2 offers out of 4. Below are those 2 offers.
A. Infosys - 14.6lpa including 2lacs variable + 2.5JB + permanent WFH. Indore base location
B. Mphasis- 20.5lpa including 1 lac variable+ 1 lac JB. No WFH. Pune base location.

I live with parents they are not willing for pune as it is far from my hometown and Indore is near to my hometown.
Permanent WFH with infy is the only advantage.
And they says money is not everything that is quiet right.

I was supposed to join Accenture on 1st October but on the onboarding day I got to know my background check is still pending and upon multiple follow ups with recruiter she told me my background check is clear in the back end but it's not getting updated correctly in the portal hence my onboarding is delayed Can any manager or leadership person guide me how to proceed or fasten the process.
