Let's talk botox. I've never done it. How expensive is it? Is it worth it?

Just a quick review of a matchmaking site - Blend Matching. I paid for 2 months and never received a single follow up after the initial matchmaker call (which I had 1 week after I signed up). $25/month but not worth it.

Thoughts: Managers and senior managers should intervene when project folks starts working more than 8 hours. It's sad that initially everybody talks about 8 hours work goal but employee forced or end up working more than 10 hours. Company is not asking you to work more than 8 hours, it's the pressure from peers and seniors and managers who do "a gentle request" to finish a task asap.
Also managers, Please teach new techies to hold the horses and not put there peer in pressure.

Would love to hear thoughts on best approach of you are a senior associate at V10 firm. I work with a junior PM who is not performing. Not my report, we share a mgr, but as a senior PM I lead the product. He can’t finish anything, needs a lot of coaching, I give him 2h/wk but I can’t afford more.
After 2mos I raised it to our mgr who promised to work with him. 2 more mos passed, mgr talked to him only once, no change in perf. I think mgr doesn’t want to deal with the problem. Now they ask if I want to manage JPM. It is going to be a ‘no’ but I want to ask some advice on all this.

Got a GRE score of 320 (162V 158Q). Did my masters from A&M (full scholarship, 3.8 GPA, journal publications. Have been working as a consultant for a small tech consulting firm for the past 1 year and was considering a MBA + Law or Public Policy masters dual degree program. My scores are still valid for atleast 1 year. Aiming for M7 or Oxbridge in Europe. Would using this GRE score be realistic for the school given I've just 1 YOE and my quant was lower. I got Botox (forehead) for the first time this weekend. It’s starting to kick in and I really don’t like how my forehead feels so tight when I try to use my brow muscles, it’s a weird sensation. Does this feeling go away? Or do you get used to it? It’s not painful just strange.
