How do you hire for a role that fluctuates? I currently am the designer + support specialist @ my job. Sometimes support takes up all my time and design projects get pushed back. Other times support is dead for two days. Does anyone have solutions? Current profile working with Othain software services private limited experience in Accounts payable holding 8yrs of experience.
Key roles invoices process, payment, calls, reconciliation, monthly report.

I saw some sales managers discussing hiring strategies, especially for entry level roles (e.g. SDR, BDR).

One strategy that came up was having the applicant do 90 minutes of cold calling into real prospects with the hiring manager coaching.

What do you think of this approach? Would be curious to hear from both hiring manager perspectives and from candidate perspectives.

Can we still negotiate with company A Or B to get top up from X+3 to make a clear decision to choose over one other.

Usually over thinker are into depression.... Dhyan or Meditation is the only medicine in world which can cure this without impacting your health...

I have seen my close one gone through this medication will ruin your chemical balance and it may make you addictive to the same...

How to advice someone to meditate who is not interested in it?
