I’m hating my job so bad I fantasize about walking out on my boss. My work itself is enjoyable but my boss (co-founder and CEO of a Series C startup) has become such a pain it ruins my mental health and family life. Working 12-15hrs everyday, working on many weekends, yet no appropriate for my work. We are mostly remote so a lot of interactions are over Slack. Now, I could never imagine one can be so obnoxious and mean over Slack messages when talking about work. I want to run away everyday.

Looking for advice on project management software or tools for HR consulting. A good strategy I have is to see what type of client I am talking to and make dinner in the house for that person. I mean, if it is a couple I prepare a romantic dinner for two, and I tell them to come well-dressed and let them enjoy the dinner in the house. If it is a family, I prepare a family dinner and prepare the family table for all the people who would live in the house. Making them feel at home before buying the house does not fail, what do you think? What other strategies do you use?

I need some ideas for my last hour class. I teach reading only and I have this class first hour for reading and then last hour again for “communication skills”. I plan on some days doing prodigy, maybe passion projects, and maybe reading groups. This class has a lot of sped kids. By the time last hour comes, they are all over the place.
