Listing a salary range of $80k to $240k is not transparency. I applied for a role with that exact range, and when I asked for the midpoint, they said the $240k was only for a candidate who hits 110% of the criteria. Basically, they’re going to offer everyone the $80k and tell them they have room to grow. At what point is a wide salary range just a giant red flag?

Just got lowballed somewhat hard. I have around 2yoe and had resigned last month, i cleared all interviews of one company and the hr actually have me a number less tha my current base, all bonus would be dropped. While i understand that some money is better than no money, what possible options do i have?

Hi Fishes, I've 2.25 Years of experience in SAP Basis, but I've lost interest in the same due to not receiving proper training, inability to practice on customer's system and shifts.
