Looking for a great NYC hair salon and stylist recommendation who is an expert at face framing layers on long fine-ish (but lots of it) hair. It seems that most stylists I see on Instagram are still doing lobs or showing off color. I just want a really great cut and have struck out, being left with wispy layers or hair that is all one length. Pic as an example (not me). Willing to spend money for someone who is really really good.

Ive been using botox fairly consistently for 10 yrs and m happy with the results. However, for financial reasons Im thinking of taking a break for 12 months to save the extra money.
