Has anyone of you ever faced any situation where you are asked to show the complete counter offer letter on which you have negotiated the offer after joining the company ? What is the probability of this happening? In such cases can you deny sharing the offer letter ?

We have an employee (recruiter) that started working with us since August 30, 2021. They have taken a “sick“ day for a total of 16 days already. Either they have a cold, flu like symptoms, bad allergies or headaches. They claim that they will make up their hours but there’s no way to track. They’ve been doing a good pretty ok job overall but is not going above and beyond. I’ve been working for over 10 years and have never seen anyone taking this many sick days. Any advice how to address this?
