Hi Fishes, I recently made a switch and my ctc jumped from 13.5 lpa to 38 lpa.I have moved to a prdct based compny,they have given the ctc I have asked for and on top of it additional joining bonus of 6 lks & rsu.I was very happy with it because I got little more than I have asked and I didn't try anything else even though I had 50 days of notice period left. But now when I see other posts where people with lesser yoe is getting almost the same package I doubt if I settled for less

Is it more of a ”they look at your resume and website and hire you if they like what they see“?, Or is there an actual interview process? If so, what is the interview process like? Is it the generic “tell me a of a time when you exceeded expectations” crap? or more chill? Any input/in experience in this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
