I’ve been an insurance defense attorney for 10+ years and am feeling completely drained, for all the standard reasons. I’m ready to make a move away from insurance defense but I’m not 100% sure where to begin. I am a Business Analyst
I worked in the same org for 5.5years and switched in march 2022. I was not allocated a project for 3 months hence changed the org and joined new in July 2022. Now its been 4 months and I am on bench here too with no project proposals coming in. Will it be a good option to go for another switch in comparatively secured organization considering current recession?
