I’ve been an insurance defense attorney for 10+ years and am feeling completely drained, for all the standard reasons. I’m ready to make a move away from insurance defense but I’m not 100% sure where to begin. I am also considering leaving the law entirely but again am not sure what fields to look into or how to approach this type of search. If you’ve made this move before, how did you do it? Do you have any tips for how to get started or types of jobs to look for?

I’m in executive search and we have an amazing attorney recruiter (a JD) I could set you up with a conversation with her for starters. We actually have a position that is a leadership role where they want a JD but it’s more of a business leadership role I believe. We get them occasionally.DM me or email me.
