What is the culture like, type of work and reputation of Capco in the Data & Analytics space?
I have some good ex colleagues who moved over there and also looked up on LinkedIn and see lots of seemingly smart and accomplished people in their D&A team in the UK.
I'll ask my ex colleagues too, but wanted to see if people here have any opinion or information on this too.
TIA
Hi fishers! I have offer and signed contract with Deloitte UK and my start day is in the beginning of April. I need skilled worker visa, and we haven’t applied yet for that. Screening and onboarding is in progress. Immigration team doesn’t reply since reached me out 1st time. How much time does it usually needed to go through the whole process? How many days take for visa to be approved since application?Deloitte

I sit in the quantitive risk team - feel free to DM me if you have any Qs
Yes I have 6+ YOE in consulting and implementing risk solutions + product manager of risk solutions, but while working at a solution vendor (Murex). My motivation for EY is to be more quant/business oriented and I hope to grow within EY/Big4s/Industry as an expert in the risk domain (market risk for now). I don't really have a tech training per say (Eng.+ masters in finance) so I don't fancy tech side of things a lot in long run.

Do you have previous consulting experience? What would you like to be doing in your career in 5 years time? What comp growth would you hope for? What’s steering you towards the EY offer?
All that might help people give some additional advice.
What level at EY?
You could definitely negotiate with EY. They may come up to about 80k, albeit with much lower bonus.
