Went through multi-day loop for L5 SA and felt confident in my interactions. Presentation went well with no lack of answers for follow up questions. Just found out 6 days later I will not be receiving an offer, and it is policy to not provide feedback of gaps or reasons behind no offer. Also found out they ask you not to reapply for 1 to 2 years for same role. Would anyone recommend an alternate path for feedback on interview (outside of recruiter) and is the 1-2 year policy true?

The hiring manager was very straight forward with me that I was his top candidate and I was told all other interviews were very positive incl CMO. Now manager is asking me to relocate to Blore for few months to get trained from teammates.
