Also I am getting married in January . Hence If i stay in Bangalore there will be no one to take responsibility for my marriage prep also . If I resign and serve notice , my tenure at current workplace will be 11 months.
Should I work for one more month and resign ?
Or should I resign right away and serve 2 months notice period and buy out one months notice ?
