Is there a way of bypassing the H1B lottery? I was told by an external recruiter that if I joined their London team, after a year I could go through H1B process without the lottery. We’re all either hybrid or fully remote, and that’s here to stay. 1500 billables and we’re serious about it. Work is primarily ECVC, Outside GC, M&A.
