6 months pregnant and just laid off. And 40% of my severance was just taken in taxes .. I just spoke with paid family leave and I no longer qualify even though I had been paying into the program (thanks NY).. Had a first round interview scheduled for a large CPG brand. My interviewer never called me, and I emailed following up to confirm the call. It’s been over a day and no response. What is going on with recruiters? I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt, but not even an email back saying “something came up” or “we’ve moved on” ? Curious what the average salary is for someone with just about 4 years experience doing SEO for an agency. I know I'm being underpaid but figuring out what the average is.

Anyone have any experience with a company called HAWKSEM? I’m interviewing currently but there’s some red flags I’ve been seeing.. just curious if anyone has any warnings or not

Currently working as an in-house SEO for a big ecommerce company (fortune 500). Currently earning 65K CAD. Contemplating a position for SEO manager on another company, SaaS B2B, very small office (<50people), pay around 80-100K. It's not a startup.

Did anyone made a move like this? From a big company (SEO team has 5+ people) to a very small company? I'm worried about job security and how stressful this new position would be, considering I'll be the only SEO professional there.

Has anyone had problems getting their Hubspot blog to rank? I’ve tried everything- no blatant robots.txt blockages and we’ve been consistently blogging for over a year. Seems to be the issue with only pages on Hubspot and not when we post pages to their primary domains on Wordpress!

How do you choose keywords to target in a blog when you're writing a blog that appears on multiple country specific versions of a given website?
