15 yoe across consulting and tech. Have done multiple roles across sales, implementation, product and customer success.

Currently my base is 139K, SC2 commercial and the target promotion year is 2022. What % of base salary hike I can expect with exceptional ratings if I get promoted as planned? 👏

Hello, Need an advice on my offer from Deloitte. I am on OPT and looking for H1B sponsorship this year, recruiter said they will do it but I am wondering if I join after 2 weeks will they be able to do it as there won’t be much time left. My current company will file H1 for me. I got an offer for a consultant role at D with 25$k extra than my current salary and 10$k sign in bonus but I am currently working as a Sr Con. Is it advisable to take a risk in my case considering H1 as a priority?

Over the last 18 months interviewed with the following companies and failed - McKinsey, BCG, KPMG, Oracle, Google, Invesco, Microsoft, Cisco, VMware, Amazon, North highland, Microfocus, Atlassian, Orange, equifax, and a few others.
