Had a strong realization that I’ve been chasing promotions but don’t have any interest in the work itself. I’d like to move in a different direction & into ER, credit, corporate finance—but have been mentally struggling daily with feeling boxed in, pushing through day-to-day realizing I have 30+ yrs career left, but seemingly past the MBA window.

Hello guys! I work as a Campus Tech, I deal with 1200 kids for a Charter K-8th grade and 100 staff. I love working with a school district due to the amount of time we have off during school and summer off. Originally they wanted me to fly out and start the day after Thanksgiving (not celebrated in their country), but because of the holidays I suggested starting in either December or January with the ability to take some holiday days in December to fly back home for Christmas.
